3. What We Do Not Provide
- Legal advice
- Financial advice
- Guarantee of council decisions
4. Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information
- Notify us of changes
- Provide letters promptly
5. Payment Terms Monthly subscription or one‑off fees. Payments due in advance.
6. Cancellation Client may cancel anytime with 30 days’ notice.
7. Data Protection We comply with ICO regulations. Client data is stored securely.
8. Permission to Act Client must sign the permission form.
